Through dynamic breathwork exercises, this session is your gateway to a profound state of relaxation and meditative bliss.

What You Need

A place where you can lie down for the entire practice and won't be disturbed
A blanket or jacked due to internal temperature changes
Optional:
- A yoga mat
- An eye mask
- Earbuds (to have a more immersive experience)

This session is not recommended for:

Pregnant women
Individuals with neural diseases

Likewise, avoid engaging in this practice if you're driving, operating any equipment, you're inside a pool, or any body of water for risk of passing out.
